Fendi Client Advisor at Cabazon Outlets. $25/hr plus commission, full-time luxury retail position with benefits in California.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements, meeting or exceeding store, category, and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain client books, following through on client concerns and inquiries to drive business development and relationship longevity
- Manage special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns with professionalism and attention to detail
- Ensure proficient and accurate use of POS systems and related software, updating customer databases with precision
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, company history, and competitive landscape awareness
- Participate in inventory stocking and restocking activities to maintain store presentation standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in collaboration with visual merchandising management and store leadership
- Support the training and onboarding of new Client Advisors in product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies
- Adhere to all store policies, loss prevention standards, and health and safety guidelines
- Maintain professional appearance consistent with Fendi dress code, grooming, and uniform standards
- Participate in opening and closing procedures, including morning team meetings, as assigned
- Uphold open and positive communication with management, peers, and all levels of company personnel
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Strong command of POS systems and inventory management functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ready-to-wear (RTW) retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift boxes and carry weight up to 10 lbs regularly
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- High organizational skills and strong digital literacy
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with demonstrated success in a luxury retail environment preferred. Ready-to-wear or fashion retail background is advantageous.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

The base compensation for this position is USD 25 per hour.
