FENDI Client Advisor role in Boston, MA. Full-time luxury retail position focused on exceptional customer service and sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain client books, follow through with client concerns, and maintain customer correspondence to drive business growth
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns
- Proficiently use POS system and software to update customer database
- Acquire comprehensive product knowledge and company history
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to FENDI dress code and grooming standards
- Participate in stocking and restocking operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards under direction from VM and management
- Support opening and closing store procedures including team meetings
- Train new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' luxury retail experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong goal-oriented mindset and sales drive
- Ability to lift and handle boxes weighing up to 10 lbs
- High School Diploma minimum
- Strong digital literacy and organisational skills
