Fendi seeks a Client Advisor in Boston, MA (Copley Place) — $23/hr plus commission; deliver luxury client service and meet sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual, category and store sales targets while satisfying all CRM and clienteling KPIs.
- Build, maintain and expand a curated client book through proactive outreach, follow-through on inquiries and personalised service.
- Operate the POS and inventory-management functions accurately; update customer database and maintain CRM records.
- Deliver an elevated in-store experience through expert product knowledge, attentive service and adherence to brand presentation standards.
- Support daily store operations including stocking/restocking, merchandise maintenance, visual standards and loss-prevention procedures.
- Assist with special client requests (repairs, special orders, returns) and escalate complex issues to management as required.
- Participate in training of new hires, morning team meetings and monthly sales reviews; may open/close the boutique when scheduled.
- Maintain professional appearance consistent with Fendi grooming and uniform standards and comply with health & safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' retail experience, luxury retail strongly preferred (3 years preferred).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and working to KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory-management functions and CRM/customer-database maintenance.
- High school diploma (minimum) with strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to lift items up to 10 lbs.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset; foreign language skills considered an asset.
