Fendi Client Advisor position in Beverly Hills, California. Luxury retail sales role delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain client books; follow-through with clients' concerns and inquiries to drive business
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns
- Participate in stocking and restocking of merchandise
- Operate POS system and other software while maintaining accurate customer database records
- Acquire comprehensive product knowledge, company history, and competitive intelligence
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as assigned
- May assume responsibility for opening and closing procedures, including morning team meetings
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards under direction from visual merchandising, corporate, and management
- Participate in training of new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies
- Participate in and prepare for monthly team meetings
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines
- Maintain positive relationships with store management, peers, and company personnel
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
- Experience with ready-to-wear (RTW) merchandise preferred
- Strong drive for results and goal orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to lift boxes and weights up to 10 lbs
- Foreign language skills a plus

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with luxury retail preferred. Ready-to-wear category experience is advantageous.
Education
No formal educational requirements specified; product knowledge and brand training will be provided.
