Fendi Client Advisor position in Beijing SKP luxury boutique. Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and consultative selling
- Deliver detailed product presentations and personalized recommendations aligned with brand standards and client preferences
- Build and maintain high-quality client relationships using available CRM tools and in-store data to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction
- Continuously develop expertise in brand heritage, current collections, and luxury market trends through ongoing self-directed learning
- Execute daily store operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, stock counting, and loss prevention procedures
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies regarding appearance, attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless store functioning and exceptional client experiences
- Complete additional tasks and special projects as directed by management
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree (associate degree minimum)
- Minimum two years of demonstrated experience in luxury retail or high-end service sectors
- Exceptional sales and client service skills with proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships
- Proficiency with computer office automation systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with natural fashion sensibility
