FENDI Client Advisor – Ready-to-Wear, Barcelona. Luxury retail sales role with 5+ years experience required. Permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs across all ready-to-wear categories
- Execute upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling strategies for all product lines
- Strengthen customer relationships and nurture a loyal FENDI clientele using CRM tools
- Manage customer service quality by delivering professional, personalised interactions that exceed expectations
- Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input
- Support inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in fashion or luxury retail sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Fluent English; additional languages an asset
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with retail management systems
- High personal presentation and image standards
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
