Fendi is hiring a Client Advisor in Bangkok to deliver luxury client experiences, achieve sales targets and manage CRM and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling and multiple selling across all product categories, maintaining consistency against assigned KPIs (sales targets, category targets, NPS).
- Deliver a refined sales ceremony: present brand history, craftsmanship and product narratives with persuasive story‑telling and authoritative product knowledge.
- Identify and anticipate client needs to provide personalised recommendations and a memorable luxury experience that fosters long‑term loyalty.
- Deploy CRM tools and clienteling practices to develop, segment and nurture relationships, ensuring accurate client database management and follow‑up.
- Operate store systems for inventory, stock transfers, payments and customer database input; assist with stock receipt, display and merchandise storage per company guidelines.
- Perform daily store duties and housekeeping, maintain visual merchandising standards and contribute to a safe, immaculate boutique environment.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to identify operational gaps and recommend actionable improvements to store performance and processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in fashion or high‑end luxury retail with demonstrable sales results.
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Clear, articulate communication and polished interpersonal skills to engage high‑net‑worth and diverse clientele.
- Passion for fashion and luxury, with flexibility to work non‑traditional retail hours (evenings, weekends, peak periods).
- Operational familiarity with retail management systems and CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Client development mindset with a commitment to personalised service and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Strong organisational skills, time management and a collaborative team orientation; receptive to feedback and continuous improvement.

Experience
Minimum three years of direct experience in luxury fashion retail or high‑end boutiques, with a track record of meeting sales KPIs, managing client relationships and operating store systems.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail management, business or a related discipline is advantageous.
