FENDI Client Advisor position in Amsterdam — luxury fashion retail role requiring 5+ years sales experience and fluent Dutch/English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead individual sales performance and achieve assigned targets and KPIs
- Engage in strategic upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories
- Strengthen customer relationships and cultivate a loyal FENDI clientele through personalized service
- Implement and leverage CRM tools to enhance client management and service delivery
- Deliver professional, individualized customer service that exceeds expectations
- Operate retail management systems accurately for stock transfers, payments, inquiries, and customer database maintenance
- Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines
- Support store operations and management as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail sales
- Excellent selling and communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
- High standards of personal image and professional presentation

- Proficiency with retail management systems and computer applications
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong multitasking capabilities

Skills
Experience

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
