Fendi seeks a Client Advisor in Amsterdam to deliver luxury client experiences and achieve sales targets at the PC Hooftstraat boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences by communicating Fendi’s heritage, craftsmanship, materials and creative vision.
- Drive individual sales performance to meet and exceed KPIs through proactive prospecting, upselling, cross‑selling and multiple-selling across product categories.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, execute clienteling strategies and maintain an accurate customer database using CRM tools.
- Manage customer service quality, providing a professional, personalised human touch to meet client expectations.
- Operate the point-of-sale and retail management system for payments, stock enquiries, transfers and customer data entry.
- Support store inventory accuracy by receiving, merchandising and storing product accordance with company guidelines.
- Undertake additional duties as reasonably required within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in luxury fashion retail or equivalent high-end sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven selling ability with a consistent track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated aptitude for building and sustaining client relationships.
- Professional presentation and high personal grooming standards.
- Strong organisational skills, resilience, autonomy and the capacity to multitask under pressure.
- Proficiency with retail management systems and basic computer literacy.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of direct experience in luxury fashion sales or boutique retail, with proven performance in client acquisition, clienteling and sales target attainment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
