Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed sales performance analysis for Fendi stores, identifying trends and opportunities such as new clients and iconic products.
  • Collaborate with the Controlling Director and WW CFO to prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and business reviews.
  • Contribute to the preparation of strategic planning materials for the Three-Year Plan and Budget process.
  • Elaborate and monitor competitor analyses, tracking industry publications and Group brand data, and prepare regular reports for top management.
  • Support financial analyses on various lines of the P&L to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Participate in special projects, potentially including the integration of reporting into Power BI dashboards or the development of new reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with Power BI is a significant plus. Fluent spoken and written English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work autonomously. Strong interest in the luxury and retail sectors.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
