Fendi Business Analyst Intern (Finance Department)
Fendi in Rome seeks a Business Analyst Intern (Finance) to support sales performance analysis, strategic planning and Power BI reporting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Perform detailed sales performance analyses for Fendi stores, identifying trends, productivity drivers and sales opportunities (new clients, local clientele, iconic products).
- Conduct productivity/performance reviews (e.g., HH/LL analysis) and evaluate results at store, country and zone levels using key retail indicators.
- Prepare reports and executive presentations for the Controlling Director, WW CFO and Senior Leadership Team to support business reviews.
- Contribute to the preparation of materials for the Three-Year Plan and annual Budget process, including modelling and scenario analysis.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry publications; produce regular competitor analysis reports and executive communications.
- Support financial analyses across P&L lines to highlight trends and optimisation opportunities; where applicable, integrate reporting into Power BI dashboards or develop dynamic reporting solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Previous experience or coursework with Power BI is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail and a demonstrable interest in luxury retail and commercial finance.

Entry-level / internship: no substantial professional experience required. Candidates with academic projects, internships or coursework in finance, retail analytics or business controlling will be prioritised.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
