Role & Responsibilities

  • Uphold the Fendi corporate image and brand positioning, ensuring the store team aligns with Brand DNA values and luxury service standards
  • Direct overall store sales performance through continuous optimization of customer service standards and systematic team development in product knowledge and selling skills
  • Monitor and analyze team sales performance against key performance indicators, establishing and implementing targeted action plans with the Retail Manager to achieve sales objectives
  • Analyze market context, competitive positioning, and emerging trends to identify business opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives that align with Company objectives and policies
  • Maintain and cultivate excellent customer relationships, ensuring consistently high satisfaction levels and effective management of critical sales-related issues and customer claims
  • Expand and sustain the external relations network, maintaining relationships with key partners and VIPs to promote customer loyalty and repeat business
  • Lead team recruitment and selection activities in collaboration with the HR Manager, building a cohesive, motivated, and competent sales team
  • Provide ongoing professional development and training to ensure team members maintain current luxury industry knowledge and career advancement alignment
  • Communicate quantitative and qualitative targets to the store team, monitor achievement through monthly analysis and regular feedback, and conduct annual performance appraisals
  • Coordinate shift planning and resource allocation with the Assistant Store Manager to ensure adequate staffing levels and workload management
  • Oversee daily opening procedures and ensure the store complies with visual merchandising and maintenance guidelines, including product presentation, visual installations, and retail space organization
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings to communicate key messages, priorities, and store performance metrics while maintaining transparent two-way communication
  • Enforce labor laws and sales regulations while maintaining full compliance with internal procedures and security protocols
  • Manage administrative, accounting, and financial responsibilities in accordance with Fendi procedures
  • Implement and enforce safety measures to protect both personnel and customers
  • Oversee visual merchandising practices and standards, ensuring store windows, displays, and product presentation align with corporate and Central Visual guidelines
  • Monitor sales trends and inventory performance, providing feedback to Visual Merchandisers, Buyers, and the Retail Manager on slow-moving items to optimize visual strategies
  • Delegate and oversee execution of all corporate store procedures while maintaining strong communication with Logistics, Operations, and peer store locations
  • Manage inventory and stockroom optimization, coordinating with the Stock Manager to ensure inventory aligns with sales potential
  • Supervise inventory management activities including annual closings, category flash inventories, and fiscal inventory audits

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience in a luxury goods environment, preferably with familiarity with Fendi brand heritage and positioning
  • Demonstrated excellence in sales performance management and P&L accountability
  • Strong leadership capability with experience building, motivating, and developing high-performing retail teams
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with experience cultivating premium customer relationships and managing VIP clienteles
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with ability to interpret sales data, KPIs, and market trends
  • Proficiency in retail systems, POS platforms, and inventory management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to cascade company messaging to diverse teams
  • Understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail space design
  • Knowledge of labor law, retail regulations, and operational compliance standards

Experience
