Fendi seeks Assistant Store Manager in Sunrise, Florida. Lead retail team, drive sales, manage luxury store operations. USD 75K–80K.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop store team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence, while building succession plans and fostering internal growth
- Manage in-store training and onboarding of new hires; assume Store Manager responsibilities during absences
- Build and maintain client books, schedule in-store appointments, and leverage clienteling tools to develop dedicated client relationships
- Supervise implementation of company policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines across all team members
- Oversee visual merchandising consistency with brand standards in collaboration with Visual Merchandising Ambassador
- Manage inventory accuracy, shrink rates, and cycle count procedures in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure accurate cash handling, credit card and check processing, and petty cash management per policy
- Conduct morning briefs and communicate corporate strategy to drive alignment across the team
- Develop improvement plans based on Mystery Shopper results to enhance client experience and service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
- Strong digital literacy and organizational capabilities
- Ability to lift boxes and merchandise up to 10 lbs regularly
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a retail environment, with at least 3 years in the luxury sector. Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate a strong track record of driving sales, developing talent, and maintaining brand standards.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in retail management or related field.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 80,000 per annum.
