Fendi seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Sunrise, Florida to lead retail operations, team development, and client experience at the luxury fashion boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and empower the retail team to meet individual and store objectives; assess and drive performance across all associates
  • Support in-store training protocols and onboarding of new team members; identify and develop talent in collaboration with store leadership
  • Assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence; supervise store personnel and enforce company policies and brand standards
  • Build and maintain client books while meeting sales objectives; implement CRM tools to develop dedicated client relationships and leverage clienteling strategies
  • Ensure consistent visual merchandising alignment with company standards; collaborate with Visual Merchandising Ambassador on store presentation
  • Manage inventory accuracy, shrink rates, and cycle count procedures; oversee proper merchandise handling, display, and storage
  • Handle all retail performance requirements including cash handling, credit card processing, check procedures, and petty cash management
  • Establish and maintain client-centric operations; handle customer service quality and address customer concerns proactively
  • Support the development of improvement plans based on Mystery Shopper feedback; communicate market trends and insights to Store Manager
  • Lead morning briefs and communicate corporate strategy to the team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail
  • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
  • Strong drive for results with demonstrated goal-oriented mindset
  • Ready-to-wear (RTW) or luxury fashion retail experience preferred
  • Foreign language skills advantageous
