Fendi seeks Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas to lead retail operations, team development, and client experience in luxury fashion retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Empower and support the retail team to perform at their highest level and meet individual and store objectives
  • Support in-store training routines and on-boarding of new hires; assume Store Manager duties during their absence
  • Supervise store personnel and implement company policies, including brand standards and grooming guidelines
  • Identify, recruit, and develop retail talent in collaboration with store leadership
  • Lead and mentor the team to build a positive, harmonious work environment and champion cross-functional collaboration
  • Proactively assess and drive performance of team associates through coaching and sales leadership
  • Demonstrate sales excellence by supporting customer journey, selling ceremony, client retention strategies, and cross-selling initiatives
  • Build and maintain client books and schedule in-store appointments while meeting sales objectives
  • Implement customer relationship management (CRM) tools and develop dedicated client relationships leveraging clienteling platforms
  • Establish a client-centric store mentality to ensure exceptional service and proactively address customer concerns
  • Partner with store leadership to communicate corporate strategy and business operations to the team
  • Develop improvement action plans based on Mystery Shopper results and market trends feedback
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Ambassador to ensure consistency with company visual standards
  • Ensure accurate procedures for cash, credit card, and check processing; verify petty cash compliance with company policy
  • Deliver morning briefs and ensure top store standards are consistently implemented
  • Manage merchandise handling, display, storage, and maintenance; maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates per company guidelines
  • Complete opening and closing inventory counting duties as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury goods sector
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management functions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Ready-to-wear (RTW) merchandise knowledge preferred
  • Foreign language capabilities a plus
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes and merchandise up to 10 lbs
