Fendi Istanbul seeks an experienced Assistant Store Manager to drive retail operations, team leadership, and luxury client engagement. Full-time, on-site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead team management and development initiatives, identifying talent, securing succession plans, and coaching managers to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Support the Store Manager in performance management processes, coordinating team activities and fostering a positive work environment
- Actively propose and execute clienteling initiatives both in-store and externally to nurture long-lasting client relationships and develop the local market presence
- Manage VIP client connections in cooperation with PR, organize trunk shows, special displays, and events to drive sales and brand visibility
- Lead floor management activities, exemplifying company standards on appearance, selling ceremony, and behaviour while ensuring FENDI operational excellence
- Monitor store controllable expenses, supervise loss prevention, asset protection, risk management, and inventory accountability
- Ensure implementation of all store policies, FENDI procedures, and merchandising guidelines across daily operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Fashion or Luxury Sales
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite, CRM systems, and retail management tools
- Strong ability to generate trust among colleagues and clients
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated commercial creativity and initiative
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Fashion or Luxury Sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity demonstrating team leadership, sales performance optimization, and client development expertise.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
