Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Store Manager to manage Hangzhou Tower Men store and drive business performance, maximizing sales results
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve monthly and annual targets whilst reinforcing sales techniques across the team
- Monitor daily KPIs and sales results, ensuring data collection and accuracy
- Proactively propose and coordinate events to develop business and expand the client database
- Lead by example in terms of presentation and grooming, ensuring the team consistently represents the Brand standards
- Maintain the store at excellence level, overseeing cleaning, facilities, and store maintenance
- Build team spirit and cultivate an atmosphere that encourages performance, initiative, and professional development
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management or luxury retail experience
- Proven track record in store management and sales achievement
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and KPI accountability
- Excellent understanding of luxury brand positioning and client service standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or fashion-forward retail environments. Prior experience managing a boutique or flagship store location is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CNY 20,000 per month.
