Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and analyze business metrics to propose and implement action plans that improve results
  • Partner with the Store Director to develop and execute sales strategy in collaboration with cross-functional corporate teams
  • Lead customer service quality standards, develop Fendi client relationships through CRM tools, and cultivate a private appointment culture with VIP clientele
  • Maintain presence on the sales floor to empower sales staff, communicate performance expectations, and ensure authentic client experiences
  • Control daily invoices, petty cash, and operational costs while ensuring efficient store operations and regulatory compliance
  • Review and submit sales and operational reports adhering to company metrics and policies
  • Supervise inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and shrink requirements while organizing stock and coordinating timely deliveries
  • Build and mentor an encouraging team culture through goal-setting, performance monitoring, monthly catch-ups, and storewide meetings
  • Assess individual staff performance and growth potential to promote career development and internal advancement
  • Partner with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and with the Retail Training Team to implement learning strategies supporting business needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion industry standards and luxury clientele expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, empower, and train a leadership team and staff
  • Proven track record of building strong internal and external relationships
  • Proficiency in retail operations, inventory management, and financial reporting
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
