Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, cut, and assemble premium leather materials using manual techniques and specialized tools
- Execute hand-stitching and assembly of leather components with precision and attention to detail
- Apply finishing techniques including dyeing, gluing, and attachment of metal hardware and closures
- Collaborate closely with pattern-making and leather-cutting departments to maintain production standards
- Execute prototype development and small-batch production in alignment with design specifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Secondary education diploma (lower secondary school completion required)
- Residency or domicile in a municipality of Tuscany region
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and sensitivity
- Exceptional precision, patience, and attention to detail
