Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cut, and assemble premium leather materials using manual techniques and specialized tools
  • Execute hand-stitching and assembly of leather components with precision and attention to detail
  • Apply finishing techniques including dyeing, gluing, and attachment of metal hardware and closures
  • Collaborate closely with pattern-making and leather-cutting departments to maintain production standards
  • Execute prototype development and small-batch production in alignment with design specifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Secondary education diploma (lower secondary school completion required)
  • Residency or domicile in a municipality of Tuscany region
  • Demonstrated manual dexterity and sensitivity
