Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure reliable and efficient production operations by maintaining and supervising IS&T procedures on the corporate ERP and WMS platforms.
- Provide day‑to‑day application support to end users, addressing incidents and service requests while sharing procedural knowledge with production teams.
- Coordinate and liaise with external partners to manage service desk activities and application support contracts.
- Partner with Production stakeholders to identify, propose and evaluate continuous improvement initiatives that optimise material flow, phase progression and finished‑product handling.
- Collaborate with IS&T Industrial operations, Infrastructure and Tech Units to standardise processes and improve system reliability, performance and security.
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum five years' relevant experience in application support or lifecycle management, preferably within an internationally complex environment.
- Practical knowledge of Stealth 3000 ERP and LOGIMODA WMS systems.
- Solid understanding of production operations including material assignment, warehouse picking, phase progress tracking and finished‑product processing.
- Proficiency in Italian and English with strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Experience
At least 5 years in a similar IS&T application support or lifecycle role, ideally supporting production or industrial processes within a multinational or multi‑site organisation.
Education
University degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
