Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Zone After‑Sales Referents, Customer Service, Quality Production teams and Headquarters to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Coordinate and track after‑sales activities and workflows, defining and refining procedures to improve responsiveness and quality outcomes.
- Organize and lead monthly review meetings with After‑Sales teams and Zone Referents to monitor local activities, highlight recurring issues and drive corrective actions.
- Prepare, analyse and present comprehensive Quality and After‑Sales reports for management, using data to recommend process improvements.
- Provide frontline support for Customer Service escalations and follow up on open cases to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Monitor quality metrics, communicate findings to stakeholders and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience; prior experience in the luxury retail sector is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
- Proven excellence in customer service and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI reporting is a plus.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and process orientation.
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and luxury retail.
