Fendi Rome seeks Accounting Finance Transformation Manager with 10+ years experience. Lead digital transformation of accounting operations using SAP/4HANA and AI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Ensure accurate recognition of revenues, expenses, and accruals in line with applicable accounting standards
- Evaluate and improve accounting processes through automation and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and minimize errors
- Lead initiatives to streamline and standardize workflows, improving cycle times and data quality
- Supervise budgeting and forecasting activities within the accounting perimeter
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
- Support internal and external audit processes through accurate, transparent, and well-documented financial data
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, variance analyses, and management commentary
- Transform complex financial data into actionable insights to support business decision-making
- Enhance reporting capabilities through digital tools and data analytics platforms
- Act as a change agent in driving digital transformation within the finance function and cross-organizational stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar management position within an international group
- Preferred experience in luxury retail or fashion sectors
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Strong proficiency in SAP/4HANA and Power BI
- Demonstrated expertise in automation systems and artificial intelligence applications
- Strong financial acumen, risk awareness, and expertise in financial regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in financial accounting and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
