Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in retail store operations and product presentations.
- Receive training and guidance from the retail management team, covering core modules such as retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Engage in a dual-brand rotational experience within the Fashion Group to broaden fashion industry perspectives.
- Complete the Rexplorer retail exploration journey and participate in the 2026 Challenge Day to potentially join the Retail Excellence Trainee program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with the ability to commit full-time (minimum 32 hours per week) by June 2026.
- Proficient in English, capable of handling daily communication and work scenarios.
- Passionate about the fashion and luxury retail industry.
- Curious, excellence-driven, and open to embracing change and challenges.

No specific experience required; open to recent graduates and those with a passion for fashion retail.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher.
