Role & Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of mechanical and quartz watch movement assembly and repair
- Master precision manufacturing techniques and horological craftsmanship under professional supervision
- Participate in the production and quality control of watch components and movements
- Develop technical competencies in watchmaking tools, machinery, and industry best practices
- Contribute to workshop projects and apprenticeship milestones as directed by professional trainers
Qualifications
- Completion of compulsory education (typically Swiss lower secondary school or equivalent)
- Strong interest in precision mechanics, horology, and manufacturing
- Demonstrated aptitude for technical and manual work
- Swiss citizenship or valid Swiss work permit
