ETA SA watchmaking apprenticeship (EFZ) in Grenchen, Switzerland—four-year technical training with the Swatch Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Master the assembly and finishing of mechanical and quartz watch movements
- Learn precision machining and hand-finishing techniques
- Develop competency in movement regulation and quality control
- Participate in structured on-the-job training under certified professional trainers
- Progress through progressive technical challenges aligned with EFZ curriculum requirements
- Contribute to production workflows while developing professional craftsmanship
