Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute polymer processing and injection moulding operations under supervision
  • Maintain and troubleshoot plastics processing equipment and tooling
  • Prepare and condition raw materials to specification
  • Measure, test, and inspect finished polymer components for dimensional and quality standards
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate technical records
  • Participate in continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior technicians on tooling development and process optimisation

Qualifications

  • Completion of compulsory full-time education (minimum 9 years)
  • Swiss or EU citizenship or valid work permit for Switzerland
