Role & Responsibilities
- Execute polymer processing and injection moulding operations under supervision
- Maintain and troubleshoot plastics processing equipment and tooling
- Prepare and condition raw materials to specification
- Measure, test, and inspect finished polymer components for dimensional and quality standards
- Document production processes and maintain accurate technical records
- Participate in continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with senior technicians on tooling development and process optimisation
Qualifications
- Completion of compulsory full-time education (minimum 9 years)
- Swiss or EU citizenship or valid work permit for Switzerland
- Manual dexterity and spatial reasoning
- Attentiveness to precision and quality
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
