Role & Responsibilities
- Master the fundamentals of mechanical engineering and precision machining through supervised on-the-job training
- Develop competency in reading technical drawings and operating computerized manufacturing equipment
- Participate in the assembly, adjustment, and quality control of watch movements and mechanical components
- Learn to maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems under the guidance of experienced professionals
- Complete mandatory theoretical coursework in mechanical technology, mathematics, and technical drawing
Qualifications
- Completion of Swiss compulsory education (Obligatory School)
- Demonstrated aptitude for technical and mechanical disciplines
- Strong manual dexterity and spatial reasoning ability
- Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to professional development
