Role & Responsibilities
- Acquire foundational skills in precision mechanics and industrial machine operation under structured apprenticeship guidance
- Develop competency in manufacturing and assembling mechanical watch movements and precision components
- Operate and maintain modern machinery and tooling in accordance with Swatch Group technical standards
- Participate in hands-on production workflows across the ETA manufacture facility
- Complete formal technical coursework and in-house training modules as required by the Swiss CFC (Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training) programme
Qualifications
- Swiss compulsory schooling completion or equivalent educational qualification
- Proficiency in German language (Grenchen region)
- Strong aptitude for precision technical work and mechanical systems
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Commitment to a four-year apprenticeship programme
