ETA SA seeks Measurement Specialist in Grenchen, Switzerland. Quality control role in Swiss horological manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct precise dimensional and metrological measurements on watch components and movements using calibrated instruments
- Verify compliance of manufactured parts with ETA technical specifications and Swiss Made standards
- Perform quality control inspections on assemblies and finished watch heads for Swatch and Flik Flak brands
- Record measurement data and generate quality reports documenting adherence to production tolerances
- Identify and escalate deviations to production teams to ensure continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Professional training or certification in precision measurement and quality control
- Proficiency with metrological instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and dimensional tolerancing standards
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in high-precision manufacturing environments

Experience
Experience in precision measurement, quality control, or dimensional inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the horological or high-precision mechanical components sector.
Education
Secondary education with technical training or vocational certification in metrology, quality assurance, or precision manufacturing.
