Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and set up pad printing equipment for printing watch dials and additional watch components
- Monitor production processes and perform quality control inspections
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations
- Perform cleaning and maintenance work on production equipment
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship as a machine operator, printing technologist, or equivalent technical training
- Alternatively, several years of professional experience as a machine operator in an industrial production environment
- Strong knowledge in handling paints, lacquers, and solvents
- High quality awareness with meticulous and precise work practices
- Team player with reliability and independent work capability
- Willingness to work shift schedules (three-shift operation)
