ETA seeks an Industrialization Project Manager in Sion to lead industrial projects, establish manufacturing processes, commission equipment, and support Swatch and Flik Flak products. The role is on site at 100%.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead projects involving the integration of new production equipment and the optimization of assembly processes.
- Establish manufacturing processes and ensure they comply with technical requirements.
- Write equipment specifications, prepare technical documentation, and manage tender follow-up.
- Assess project profitability, prepare investment requests, and monitor budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external partners.
- Commission assembly and testing equipment, including training production teams.
- Provide technical support for product evolution and optimize processes throughout their lifecycle.
- Manage process and test deployment for Swatch and Flik Flak products.
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification in microtechnology, mechanical engineering, automation, or a related technical field.
- Flexible, agile, resilient under pressure, solution-oriented, and persuasive.
- Autonomous and proactive, with strong initiative, inventiveness, and pragmatism.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, open to consensus, and persuasive.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent French; good knowledge of German and/or English.
Education
