ETA SA, a division of the Swatch Group, seeks an ICT Technician apprentice to support hardware and software installation, system configuration, and user support across the manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to end-users, maintain ICT equipment, and execute troubleshooting and system maintenance tasks with proficiency and quality. This is a three-year vocational training programme (EFZ) combining hands-on experience with structured professional education.
Role & Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users
- Maintain and service ICT user devices and peripherals
- Instruct and assist users in the operation of ICT systems
- Collaborate with other ICT professionals on support projects
- Document and execute company-specific hardware and software configurations
- Perform preventive maintenance and system updates
