The successful candidate will set up, operate, and monitor state-of-the-art production and packaging machinery in a precision watchmaking environment, ensuring optimal equipment utilization and production throughput. Responsibilities include managing individual manufacturing stages from raw materials to finished product, performing basic mechanical maintenance, and responding swiftly to equipment malfunctions.
