ETA SA Fontainemelon: Three-year electroplating apprenticeship (CFC) with the Swatch Group's leading watchmaking manufacturer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn and execute electroplating and surface finishing techniques on watch components and mechanisms
- Operate electroplating equipment and machinery under professional supervision
- Prepare, process, and finish metal parts to precise specifications
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards in the electroplating workshop
- Collaborate with experienced electroplaters and production technicians to develop technical competencies
- Document work processes and maintain production records as required
Qualifications
- Completion of mandatory Swiss schooling (9 years) or equivalent
- Strong interest in precision manufacturing and electroplating processes
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work methodically and safely in a production environment
- Willingness to learn technical processes over a three-year commitment
