ETA seeks a Building Maintenance Technician for its Real Estate service in Grenchen to maintain HVAC systems, building infrastructure and building envelopes, respond to operational issues, and support system optimisation. The role includes a 40-hour working week under the collective agreement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance work on HVAC systems and building fixtures.
- Ensure the operation and upkeep of building infrastructure and building envelopes.
- Provide first response to faults, operational interruptions and safety-related incidents.
- Conduct inspection rounds and maintain system documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous optimisation of systems.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in building services engineering (EFZ).
- Several years of professional experience in building maintenance.
- Experience or authorisation in the electrical field, such as NIV Art. 15, is an advantage.
- Category B driving licence.
- Good IT user skills.
- Team-oriented approach and mindset.
- High flexibility.
- Fluent written and spoken German, as well as French-language skills.
