Role & Responsibilities
- Acquire practical skills in automated machinery and precision equipment operation
- Participate in the manufacture of mechanical and quartz watch movements
- Work under the supervision of experienced professional trainers
- Develop proficiency in CNC programming and industrial automation systems
- Contribute to quality control and precision manufacturing processes
Qualifications
- Swiss CFC (Federal Vocational Diploma) in Automation or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and spatial reasoning
