Role & Responsibilities
- Configure and monitor modern automated production and packaging machinery including screw-tightening, position verification, and related systems
- Coordinate and pilot individual production processes while ensuring continuous machine oversight throughout manufacturing cycles
- Perform basic mechanical maintenance tasks and minor adjustments to production equipment
- Identify technical defects and malfunctions immediately and intervene with corrective action
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians as required
- Contribute to maintaining optimal production capacity utilization and productivity levels
- Document and report on production outcomes and equipment performance
