ETA SA, a precision manufacturing subsidiary of the Swatch Group, seeks a motivated apprentice for a three-year Logistics apprenticeship (EFZ) beginning in 2027. The role encompasses the full logistics cycle: receiving and inspecting watch components and materials, recording inventory in systems, operating material handling equipment, managing stock levels, and coordinating warehousing and dispatch operations. The apprentice will gain comprehensive training in modern logistics practices using state-of-the-art equipment and information systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and watch components into inventory systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport and store goods
- Monitor and manage warehouse stock levels to maintain optimal inventory
- Prepare materials and coordinate dispatch of finished products and shipments
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using modern logistics software
- Support warehouse organization and maintain safe working conditions
Qualifications
- Completion of lower or middle secondary education (Volksschule)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
