ETA SA, a high-tech horology manufacturer within the Swatch Group, seeks a polymechanician apprentice (CFC) for a four-year training program commencing in 2027. The apprentice will fabricate tools, components, and devices utilizing both conventional and computer-controlled machinery, with responsibility for machine programming, optimization, and precision manufacturing to exacting standards. Maintenance diagnostics and equipment troubleshooting form integral aspects of the role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Fabricate tools, components, and mechanical devices for horological and industrial applications
- Program and optimize conventional and CNC-controlled machines for series and single-piece production
- Execute precision manufacturing operations to exacting quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic troubleshooting on production equipment

Qualifications
