Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and development of mechanical and quartz watch movements under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Acquire practical skills in technical drawing, CAD systems, and precision engineering applicable to horology
  • Contribute to product development projects within the manufacturing workflow
  • Engage in structured training modules covering theoretical knowledge and hands-on application
  • Collaborate with mentoring professionals (Berufsbildner) throughout the apprenticeship

Qualifications

  • Completion of compulsory schooling (mandatory nine-year education cycle in Switzerland)
  • Strong aptitude for technical and scientific subjects
  • Demonstrated interest in mechanical engineering, horology, or precision manufacturing
