ETA SA apprenticeship: 4-year Automation Technician EFZ program in Grenchen, Switzerland, starting 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble and calibrate mechanical and quartz watch movements under mentorship
- Operate and maintain precision automation equipment and machinery
- Support the production of Swatch timepieces and associated components
- Complete technical modules as prescribed by the EFZ vocational curriculum
- Collaborate with experienced technicians to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes

- Completed compulsory education (Obligatorische Schule)
- Strong aptitude for technical and mechanical work
