Role & Responsibilities

  • Assemble and calibrate mechanical and quartz watch movements under mentorship
  • Operate and maintain precision automation equipment and machinery
  • Support the production of Swatch timepieces and associated components
  • Complete technical modules as prescribed by the EFZ vocational curriculum
  • Collaborate with experienced technicians to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes
