Role & Responsibilities
- Execute new product launches, re-promotions, and mega campaigns across all retail channels in alignment with in-market Commercial and Consumer Engagement teams
- Develop and deliver monthly retail marketing plans encompassing always-on promotions, tactical initiatives, and omni-channel commercial activations
- Implement visual merchandising directives, including new launch counter decoration, VM updates, tester bar displays, and collateral deployment to stores according to brand guidelines and budgetary constraints
- Partner with Retail Project and Visual Merchandising teams on new counter design, setup, and renovation initiatives in coordination with in-market stakeholders
- Collaborate with retailers and in-market Commercial managers to communicate brand campaigns, monthly activities, and counter activation plans; support collaborative initiatives including data sharing, voucher programs, and CRM engagement
- Monitor and ensure promotional compliance with anti-diversion protocols; track promotion allocation under established guidelines and provide regular reporting on voucher spending and promo cost control
- Manage non-charge product distribution for B&M promotional plans and coordinate VM collateral and displayer allocation to stores based on local planograms
- Provide feedback to product marketing on forecasts for new launches, visual merchandising updates, and point-of-sale materials; coordinate with agencies for deployment execution and counter maintenance support
- Track promotion-driven business performance and actual promo usage on a monthly basis; monitor VM and counter maintenance spending against allocated budgets
- Coordinate customer workshops and support corporate sales and collaboration proposals including data sharing, voucher programs, and visibility initiatives
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG or retail marketing environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills
- Independent, highly organized, and results-driven professional
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of retail operations, promotional mechanics, and visual merchandising principles

Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG or retail marketing, ideally with exposure to multi-channel promotional campaigns, retail partner management, and visual merchandising execution.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent field of study.
