Estée Lauder is recruiting freelance sales associates to deliver makeup application, skincare advice, hair consultation, and fragrance guidance in a retail environment. The role combines creative expertise and customer service excellence to provide personalized in-store experiences while maintaining visual merchandising standards and participating in in-store events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup application and skincare consultations to customers in accordance with brand standards
- Provide fragrance and hair care advice tailored to individual customer preferences and needs
- Execute in-store visual merchandising and maintain retail displays to competitive standards
- Participate in in-store events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Educate customers about product benefits and features to enhance their shopping experience
Qualifications
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada
- Certification in makeup artistry or prior retail makeup experience is desirable but not required
