Role & Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets, tracking progress via daily Business Record documentation
- Develop performance strategies with sales manager to address counter shortfalls and elevate store rankings
- Set and allocate individual sales and service targets based on staff shifts and performance metrics to ensure consistent team goal achievement
- Coach Beauty Advisors through demonstration and consultation to optimize their sales performance and customer service delivery
- Monitor and report on competitor sales trends and market positioning
- Manage counter operations including display standards, cleanliness, inventory levels, and tester maintenance
- Analyze rate of sale and seasonal patterns; provide feedback to brand and retailer on promotional orders, peak season requirements, and stock-outs
- Ensure accurate completion and timely submission of Daily Business Records to the office and Account Coordinator
- Conduct daily counter team meetings to review goals, results, and gather team feedback
- Maintain merchandising standards as directed by support office guidelines
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues with diplomacy
- Ensure all team members adhere to brand DNA, grooming guidelines, service standards, and product knowledge expectations
- Delegate and distribute counter management responsibilities equitably across team members
- Conduct coaching sessions and performance feedback for individual Beauty Advisors
- Participate in recruitment activities: source, screen, and co-interview potential Beauty Advisor applicants
- Deliver brand-led training programs for new hires and existing team members
- Communicate brand, retailer, and company announcements, marketing plans, and promotional information to the team in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain productive business partnerships with retailers to foster positive working relationships
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and a sales-driven mindset
- Previous experience in a sales or goal-driven retail environment
