The Omnichannel Marketing Operations Associate supports the Account Director on retail sales, marketing, digital merchandising, retailer placements, and sampling initiatives for Too Faced across North America. This part-time, temporary role manages key-account trackers, assets, sample allocations, no-cost orders, forecasts, budgets, and timelines.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Account Director in day-to-day operations that drive omnichannel sales and initiatives for Too Faced retailers in North America.
- Lead omnichannel marketing operations for high-volume key accounts, including supporting store-business growth and site merchandising for ecommerce.
- Drive sales through sample programming for promotional campaigns, execute marketing placement requirements, and build strong business relationships with assigned accounts.
- Create and oversee omnichannel launch trackers for assigned retailers, including prior-year history.
- Build retailer partnerships to capture business calendars covering promotions, sampling, in-store visuals, and events.
- Analyze competitors’ activity across assigned retailers, both in-store and online, and share findings with the Account Director.
- Maintain a system for tracking retailer deadlines and project statuses, following up with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Review and analyze internal digital marketing asset packages and manage retailer.com deliverables.
- Create and oversee an exposure tracker recording retailer placements across email and on-site channels.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive asset library for retailer.com.
- Oversee sample tracker updates to ensure appropriate allocations and budget.
- Place allocations through the Passport system and track sample realization and shipment-timing changes.
- Develop and manage a tracker for all no-cost orders submitted for applicable programs.
- Partner with the Account Director to secure forecasts, align on programs, manage budgets and timelines, and roll forecasts monthly for all omnichannel sampling initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related account operations or similar relevant experience.
- Branding, social media, beauty, fashion, or entertainment experience is a plus.
- Self-starter able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a strong follow-up approach.
- Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting in small- to large-scale business settings.
- Strong relationship-management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to tell compelling stories with data.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent.
