Role & Responsibilities
- Support product launch planning, forecasting, and integrated marketing strategy development
- Organize and execute monthly point-of-sale promotional campaigns and activities
- Develop and distribute promotional materials and collateral to retail points-of-sale
- Create presentations, distribution lists, and briefings for external partners and agencies
- Collaborate with supply chain to ensure inventory availability of sales stock, samples, and testers
- Produce product presentations and purchasing documentation for sales teams
- Curate and compile social media content for retail partners
- Contribute to the development of campaign briefs and digital media campaign content
- Assist in planning and executing earned-media activation initiatives
- Support cross-channel CRM strategy implementation and execution
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent completion of undergraduate degree in economics, business administration, or related discipline, preferably with marketing specialization
- Excellent analytical capabilities and independent work methodology
- Demonstrated passion for cosmetics, beauty, and lifestyle sectors
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution

- Fluent German and English communication skills
