Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product planning for the brand, including baseline stock, newness strategies, healthy assortment (MOB) at each door and channel, and efficient product use to avoid excess stock and support brand-line empowerment through design.
- Align with the corporate Commercial team and cascade analytical insights and brand expertise to the sell-in and sell-out teams, supporting the construction and optimization of MOBs at each door to achieve the ideal sales mix and business objectives.
- Provide strategic oversight of product planning and use, working with Commercial, brand, support and service teams to deliver against brand and business objectives.
- Build channel-, retailer- and door-specific line-ups with the Corporate Sell Out team and, where appropriate, Trade Marketing, leading the product strategy for each door and targeting a healthy MOB.
- Support Consumer Marketing on brand launches and collaborate on the KM in line with the Marketing Calendar.
- Develop and execute pricing strategy using regional inputs and local analysis.
- Lead the brand’s total forecast, conducting biweekly follow-ups and aligning with sell-out inputs, local analysis and the local COG target; ensure appropriate stock for ongoing monthly needs and HTM, and lead launch forecasts.
- Make monthly purchases of newness products, aligning purchasing strategy with the Marketing Coordinator.
- Provide insights on Visual Merchandising.
- Lead PAV and excess-stock action plans for TRF, and provide competitive pricing, category and subcategory focus, and brand market-share insights.
- Drive timely launches and successful rotation of launches and collections.
- Analyze collection and launch placement by door to support rotation, and ensure sellable products, testers and collateral materials reach each point of sale on time for the planned launch date.
- Execute actions required for proper product rotation.
- Adjust and update the Marketing Calendar monthly.
