Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert makeup application and consultative beauty advice tailored to individual customer preferences and skin types
- Create inspirational and personalized in-store experiences that educate customers and drive product trial and engagement
- Actively participate in in-store events and promotional activities to maximize customer footfall and sales impact
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards and counter presentation aligned with brand guidelines
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Support the sales team to achieve store performance targets and KPIs

Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise is welcome
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Willingness and availability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Legal right to live and work in Taiwan
