Role & Responsibilities

• Apply makeup artistry expertise to provide personalized consultations and transformations for customers
• Educate customers about products, application techniques, and skincare benefits through demonstrations and tutorials
• Collaborate with the retail team to conceptualize and execute in-store beauty events and promotional activations
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards and product displays to reflect brand prestige and compete effectively
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and professionally during transactions
• Work flexibly across retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup artistry expertise (professional certification preferred but amateur-level experience with proven capability accepted)
• Exceptional ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Proven ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Legal right to live and work in Israel with ability to provide proof upon request

Skills

Experience

Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is desirable; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise is welcomed.

Education

Makeup artistry certification or equivalent training preferred; formal qualifications not required if professional-level creative expertise can be demonstrated.
