This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a skilled makeup artist to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store beauty experiences at an Estée Lauder counter. Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty experience is preferred but not essential; the company welcomes ambitious candidates with amateur-level experience and a demonstrable passion for prestige beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

• Apply makeup artistry skills to provide personalized, consultative services that educate and inspire customers on Estée Lauder products
• Execute in-store visual merchandising standards to ensure the counter stands out competitively and reflects brand excellence
• Collaborate with the in-store team to organize and deliver impactful beauty events and promotional activities
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions
• Maintain a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere that encourages customer engagement and builds brand loyalty
• Work flexibly across retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events to support store operations

Qualifications

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty counter experience (preferred but not required)
• Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application and beauty consultation
• Proven ability to deliver authentic, inspirational, and personalized customer service
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Flexibility to work varied retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Right to live and work in the United Kingdom (proof required)

Experience
